It shall be a nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of California.<\/p>\n<p><em>Section 2 &#8212; Purpose:<\/em>\u00a0is organized exclusively for charitable, educational purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this corporation is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to support the ecologically friendly process of repurposing computers for schools;<\/li>\n<li>to support and conduct non-partisan research, education, and informational activities to increase the quality of virtual educational content available;<\/li>\n<li>to facilitate communication between the content developers and the developers and the student \/ teacher population;<\/li>\n<li>to further the quality of education with both hardware and software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Full Bylaws can be downloaded here:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/partimus.org\/docs\/Partimus_Bylaws.pdf\">Partimus_Bylaws.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In an effort to increase transparency and engage more with our community, the Bylaws drafted at the founding of our non-profit are now available.
